Site Rental

Host your next gathering in one of Boise’s most meaningful historic spaces. The Erma Hayman House offers a warm, intimate setting for small events that value connection, storytelling, and community.

Please note: Submission of a rental inquiry form does not guarantee access to the space. Erma Hayman House staff will review each request and follow up to confirm availability, date, and event logistics. Requests may be approved or declined based on scheduling and alignment with site use guidelines. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received.

The site is best suited for small receptions, workshops, and creative or community-centered gatherings. Renters are responsible for obtaining any required permits related to their event, including those for food and alcohol service.

Which rental option best describes your event's needs? *

Option 1 ($200): Includes setup of chairs, tables, and/or tents, and one staff member on site. Max of 20 participants for up to two hours.
Option 2 ($400): Includes Option 1 amenities, two staff on site, sound system, kitchen access, and heat lamps. Max of 50 participants for up to three hours.
